Goal setting can be tough for me in this season of life, because I am not in a phase where I am constantly achieving measurable goals. If traditional goal setting works for you, great! Keep going! I’m cheering you on! But if not, I wanted to share what I’m doing to set intentions for the new year, in order to still keep myself moving forward, but in a way that better fits with where I’m at.
