I first came across Sadie on social media, when she was on a journey to lose weight and get fit. And she did it and she looked great. But as you’ll hear in the interview, the weight loss didn’t cure her body dysmorphia or her negative self-talk. It took a mental shift in order to get her to truly change her life. So today we talk about that journey and how that impacted her motherhood. It’s a story of hope, that regardless of how you feel about your body or what monologue you have running through your head everyday about yourself, there is hope that it can all change. That you can see yourself as beautiful. That you can believe you are a great mom. That you can have good things in your life. That you can be happy.
